 Project-share slots A tight-ten, then twenty+ minutes of generous, grateful, gentle group discussion. If you have a side project, prototype, research question, draft, demo, tool, deck, or half-shaped thing that could use useful attention, sign up for a project-share slot.
Keep the setup tight: 10 minutes to introduce what you are making and what kind of help would matter, then 20 minutes for the group to work through it with you.
