I also hear from plenty of people who are simply curious, thoughtful, and interested in the ideas. I appreciate that very much. It's exceptionally gratifying to have created a practice, approach and vibe that resonates with so many people. That said, this page is not meant to be a general-purpose contact form for broad questions about Design Fiction, informal discussion, or open-ended requests for advice.

But — if your interest is more general, the best thing to do is to join the broader Near Future Laboratory conversation is by becoming part of the community over on Patreon. That is also the path into the Discord, where much of the ongoing discussion, exchange, and community activity happens and Office Hours where you'll be able to share your work and get feedback from the community and me.

If you are a student or emerging practitioner looking for feedback on a project, paper, thesis, or portfolio, please use the Office Hours Sign Up page. Those sessions are a better format for thoughtful exchange. If what you are after is more sustained guidance, I would also be happy to discuss a professional mentoring relationship.
