If an initiative needs to become concrete enough to act on, start here.

This page is for organizations, teams, and collaborators exploring futures strategy, artifact-led prototypes, workshops tied to active initiatives, and select talks or advisory work. It is the best place to start when a product question, policy challenge, capability-building effort, or organizational transition needs sharper form and better judgment.

I am usually most helpful when:

  • standing up a new product, service, innovation program, or creative R&D initiative,
  • trying to make an emerging technology or strategic future concrete enough for a team to act on,
  • considering a workshop, sprint, seminar, keynote, or advisory relationship in support of active work,
  • looking for a studio partner who can bridge strategy, artifacts, prototypes, and narrative judgment.

The most helpful notes include the team, the initiative or decision area, rough timing, and what needs to become concrete or discussable.
