This scheduler is for commissioned-work conversations: projects, prototypes, workshops tied to active initiatives, strategic questions that need to become concrete, and talks or advisory work connected to something already underway.

When this is useful

  • an initiative, program, or product question is already on the table,
  • you want to determine whether the work should take the form of a prototype, workshop, artifact, or advisory engagement,
  • you need a short conversation to test fit, timing, and scope before moving further.

A short note with the team, timing, and what needs to become more concrete is enough to make the conversation useful.
