Summary: Join Carl DiSalvo for an engaging Info Session tomorrow at 10:00 AM (UTC-7) to explore the upcoming workshop, "Pitch, Picture, Prototype." This workshop is designed to help participants articulate their ideas, visualize them in detail, and create experiments that bring concepts to life. Attendees will engage in guided exercises that foster thoughtful prompts and practical tools, ensuring they leave with a clear plan and momentum for their creative careers. The session emphasizes strategic thinking combined with hands-on making, allowing participants to transform vague aspirations into concrete projects. By the end, attendees will have developed a minimum viable experiment and will be invited into a supportive community of creative explorers for ongoing inspiration and accountability.

Essentially: Transform your ideas into actionable projects through structured exercises, community support, and creative exploration.

But why? Engaging in this workshop will empower individuals to move from uncertainty to clarity, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation that is essential in today's fast-paced environment.

There's still time to sign up for tomorrow's Info Session! RSVP Link Below!

Tomorrow at 10:00a (UTC-7) Carl DiSalvo and I will be hosting an Info Session for the workshop we've been planning for the past many months.

(You can RSVP here: https://luma.com/u5498h78)

This workshop is a rethink and remake the shape of your work. Through guided exercises, you’ll articulate a clear pitch for your next big thing, picture it in detail, and design experiment to explore key elements so it’s more than just talk. Expect thoughtful prompts, practical tools, and lively conversation. You’ll leave with momentum and a plan in hand.

Creative careers rarely come with wayfinding. In Pitch, Picture, Prototype, you’ll design your own. Together we’ll challenge assumptions about what you should do next and experiment with what you could do instead. By the end, you’ll have a future-facing idea in a way forward.

If you’ve been circling an idea but haven’t made the leap, this workshop is for you. We combine strategic thinking with creative making (hands-on, ftw!) to help you explore a serious next step, without taking yourself too seriously. You’ll pitch the idea, picture how it lives in the world, and plan a prototype a first version. It’s equal parts reflection and construction.

Six hours to reconnect with what excites you.
Step away and give yourself dedicated time to explore what’s calling you next. Guided by experienced facilitators and supported by a group of thoughtful, curious peers, you’ll have the space—and permission—to follow your curiosity and see where it leads.

Turn a vague idea into a clear, compelling “next thing.”
Through a structured process, you’ll transform a half-formed interest or aspiration into a project or venture you can actually name, describe, and share with others. You’ll move from uncertainty to clarity, and along the way, learn how to quiet the doubts and inhibitions that so often stall creative momentum.

Bring your idea to life through artifacts not just words
You won’t just talk about your idea, you’ll begin to make it real. Through creative explorations, you’ll develop simple artifacts that express the potential of your project. These artifacts help sharpen your thinking while giving your idea a visual and experiential identity others can grasp.

Leave with a concrete first step.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll design a minimum viable experiment—a small but meaningful way to test and begin your “next thing.” We’ll guide you through the process, provide feedback during the workshop, and reconnect a few weeks later to celebrate progress and provide accountability.

Join a community of creative explorers.
The workshop doesn’t end after six hours. It’s also an invitation into an ongoing community of thoughtful, creative people who are exploring their own “next things.” You’ll continue sharing ideas, inspiration, and support long after the workshop ends.

Carl and I are super excited to meet with all of you — we're almost full-up with nearly our 100 seat limit of RSVPs already — but there are still a few spots left, so if you think this might be for you, please do sign up for the Info Session tomorrow where we'll walk through the workshop structure and answer any questions you might have.
